Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to industrial customers across South and Southeast Asia, with EU/UK certification work in progress. Get in touch and we'll confirm logistics for your destination.
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Project-validated samples ship at no cost to qualified industrial customers. Use the form above with your substrate, scale and target conversion.
What's the typical onboarding timeline?
From first call to commercial dosing is typically 6 – 12 weeks: technical fit, sample validation on your substrate, then a small-batch supply agreement.
Do you do custom formulations?
For substrates outside our validated set, yes. Custom strain isolation and cocktail tuning is a 4 – 9 month engagement; ask us about pricing structure.
Are your products regulatory-cleared?
Zymopect™ and Zymostar™ are food-grade and FSSAI-compliant. Zymocel® and Zymoform CT1 are industrial / agricultural; all formulations carry full SDS and product specification on request.
