A working library
of microbial isolates.

In untouched natural ecosystems, microbes produce commercially valuable natural products. We collect, characterise and cryopreserve these isolates — cataloguing them by enzyme quality to produce superior, targeted enzyme cocktails and fermentation-efficient strains.

The finest enzymes were never designed. They were found — characterised, catalogued and kept alive.

Industrially useful microorganisms

Microbial isolates

In a suitable natural habitat such as a reserve-forest ecosystem, microbes produce many natural products that are commercially viable. In our research work, we have already collected and characterised a number of such microbes from untouched natural ecosystems and created a database of their beneficial parameters.

These microbes are catalogued according to enzyme quality and kept cryopreserved in our laboratory for future use. Through the proper choice of microbe, better and more efficient natural products can be produced — enzyme cocktails from these strains are found to be superior to broad-spectrum enzyme formulations.

Novel and engineered microbes

Yeast strains for bakery and fermentation

The main challenge in producing an industrial microbial product is the discovery of a novel microbial strain capable of delivering exceptional quality. We develop novel and engineered yeast strains for bakery and fermentation applications, selected precisely for that standard of performance.

Superior enzyme cocktails begin with the right organism.

The path from a field sample to a characterised, fermentation-ready isolate is deliberately careful — we optimise for working organisms drawn from untouched ecosystems, then preserve them for reliable industrial use.

Collect from the wild

Microbes are gathered from untouched natural ecosystems such as reserve forests, where they produce commercially viable natural products.

Characterise and catalogue

Each isolate is characterised into a database of its beneficial parameters and catalogued according to its enzyme quality.

Preserve for use

Selected strains are kept cryopreserved in our laboratory, ready to produce targeted enzyme cocktails superior to broad-spectrum formulations.
